How to Book Rooms at Ski Rider Lodge

We know booking rooms for a snow holiday can get confusing so let Ski Rider Lodge help!

There are a couple of options for you to choose from when booking with Ski Rider, see which option suits you!

Terms & Conditions

Booking & deposit

  • If booking more than six weeks prior to arrival a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required within fourteen days.
  • If booking within six weeks of the arrival date an immediate non refundable deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to make the booking.
  • The balance is payable on arrival at Ski Rider (cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard all accepted on arrival.  Personal cheques are accepted for advance deposits only).

Cancellations and amendments

  • A service fee of $40 (inc GST) per person will be charged on all cancellations.
  • Absolutely no refunds on any cancellations or date changes within six weeks of the arrival date.
  • Refunds will not be made on any unused part of the booking.
  • Any amendments to the booking are subject to availability.

Equipment Hire

For great deals on equipment and clothing hire be sure to pre book it at least 7 days prior to arrival.
